The first step to a landscape design or build is to schedule an appointment with one of our
experts. We will conduct a site visit with you and discuss your visions and expectations. We will
provide our expertise with suggestions. Depending on the scale of the project, we will then take
measurements, pictures including aerial drone shots and surveys if necessary. We will then take
all this information to the drawing board using our state-of-the-art design software to bring you
a 2D or 3D-rendered design. Once the design is complete, we will then meet again to discuss the
design and make any changes necessary.

Design cost will be based on the scale of the project and if you want a 2D or 3D design. Designs
start at $300 and can go up to $3000. We offer discounts on your design if you choose Off Duty to install your project.

We service multiple areas of Middle TN, such as Murfreesboro, Nashville, Brentwood, Franklin,
Shelbyville, McMinnville, and other locations. We do not provide lawn maintenance to areas
other than Murfreesboro & Rutherford County.

We provide a wide range of services for our property maintenance clients. These services are but
not limited to; weekly mowing, annual shrub trimming, turf treatment plans, fall leaf cleanups,
annual color, core aeration & overseeding, spring irrigation startups, and winter irrigation
shutdowns, annual mulch installation, snow & ice removal, and much more. All services are not
mandatory with a contract service but can be customized to fit your needs and budget.

We do not have a set price for lighting projects. All lighting installs are different. We have so
many types of features and lights that will fluctuate the cost of the project. We provide all types
of different types of manufacturers to provide you best quality lights for a budget that fits your
needs.

We take all forms of payment. We do require for service contracted customers a CC to be placed
on file and will be billed monthly.

Yes, we are fully insured and licensed for all of the services we provide. We can provide a copy of
any documentation you may need.

We have serval ways for you to reach out to us to obtain a quote. Our preferred method is to call

Unfortunately, we do not offer biweekly mowing services. We only provide weekly service to
provide the best service for your lawn. The taller grass puts a higher strain on our commercial
equipment and most importantly the disadvantages to the overall health of your lawn.

We do ask you let our team know if you have pets. This ensures we can notify you when we
schedule so you may secure your pets indoors. We do ask for any pet waste to be picked up
prior to our arrival.

No, you do not need to be home when we are there. We do ask if you have a gated yard to
provide our team with a code or key that can be stored securely. You do not have to provide us
with this information we just ask the gates are unlocked at the time of our arrival. Our team will
make sure to secure the gate when we leave.

Yes! We have a full-time office assistant that will take your call during normal business hours. If
they do not answer immediately due to being on the phone with another client, we ask that you
leave a detailed message and they will return your call promptly. You may also submit a contact
